The Pen Pal Club is a monthly snail mail subscription. Each month, subscribers receive a handwritten letter and an original drawing in the post, along with a blank postcard they can use to reply.

Niam is 7 years old and writes the letters. Eham is 3 and does the drawings. They are brothers. Their parent runs the business side, handles shipping, billing, and customer support.

You subscribe at $12 per month. Once a month, you receive an envelope in the mail containing:

• A handwritten letter from Niam
• A drawing from Eham
• A blank reply postcard

Your card is charged on the same date each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime.

Letters are mailed out once a month, all at the same time. Depending on when you subscribe relative to the next batch, your first letter will arrive within two to four weeks. We will email you when it ships.

The United States only. We may add other countries later if there is enough interest.

$12 per month. This covers the letter, drawing, reply postcard, envelope, and postage. There are no setup fees or hidden charges.

Yes. Click Manage subscription at the bottom of the site, enter your email, and follow the steps. Future months stop right away. You still receive the current month's letter, which has already been prepared.

If you subscribed by mistake, email hello@thepenpalclub.com within 7 days for a full refund. After 7 days, the current and past months are not refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.

Yes. At checkout, there is a field called "Who is this letter for?" Enter the recipient's name there and the letters will be addressed to them.

To have the letters mailed directly to the recipient, enter their address as the shipping address at checkout. Your card stays on file for billing.

Yes. Every letter includes a blank reply postcard with our return address on it. Write your reply, add a stamp, and drop it in the mail.

Update your address in the Manage subscription portal, or email hello@thepenpalclub.com. Future letters will be mailed to the new address.

$12 covers the materials (paper, envelope, postcard, stamp), shipping, and the time it takes to handwrite and illustrate each letter.

For now, yes. If the club grows enough that we need more contributors, we will only invite other kids whose work meets the same standard. All letters will always be handwritten and all drawings will always be hand-drawn by children.
